China is an intriguing country full of intriguing people, so it should come as no surprise that its citizens should occasionally do something overtly, errr, intriguing.
So it was recently when a Chinese man tried to smuggle his pet turtle aboard a flight to Beijing. Rather than admit his ambition or avoid the situation altogether, the man disguised his turtle as a hamburger and paced it between two slices of bun in a KFC container.
Needless to say, security quickly caught onto the burger’s unusual protrusions.
We’re not sure whether it’s a case of lunacy or genius!
