The hot item of this issue of WGM is our analysis of the CasinoLeaks Macau website. The website has a finger-pointing stance of smearing the Macau gaming industry, claiming Macau is “infected” with organised crime and all sorts of other nasties. While many have reported the site’s existence, there has been no significant analysis of it in the media. All that has changed with our detailed investigation, which includes an interview with the creator of the CasinoLeaks website Mr Jeffrey Fiedler, the response of Mr Sheldon Adelson, Chairman and CEO of Las Vegas Sands, and our view on the real motivation behind the website.

This issue features two articles about openings: the first being the welcome re-launch of PokerStars Macau at Grand Waldo, and the second being the highly anticipated and exclusive China Rouge at Galaxy Macau.

As usual we’ve got a stack of other fantastic articles to keep you turning the pages. Mahjong, blackjack, baccarat and carribean stud all get a run, we preview the most important gaming conference every year in the region, G2E Asia, and tell you how to visit New Orleans without leaving Las Vegas.

On the sport front our highly knowledgeable football expert Leanne Lu analyses why the EPL is still the best league in the world, we discuss the 2012 formula 1 racing season, and explain the major importance of golf.

Turning to poker we preview this year’s World Series of Poker, review the unique China Poker Carnival held in Sanya, and tell you what to do when the game turns crazy!

After all that you should be hungry so head to a local Macau eatery courtesy of our Good Food Guide or perhaps tuck into a laksa in Melbourne, then finish it off with a fine single malt Scotch whisky.

See you all next time, and remember to pay us a visit at wgm8.com to get your WGM fix while you’re waiting for our next issue to hit the streets.

Follow the dragon,
